Pokémon Red/Blue/Yellow: How to Evolve Eevee into Jolteon
To evolve an Eevee into Jolteon, You must first purchase a Thunder Stone from the 4th Floor of the Celadon Department Store for $2,100. If Jolteon isn’t your cup of tea and prefer Vaporeon or Flareon instead you can also purchase a Water Stone and Fire Stone in the same location. I would recommend evolving Eevee as soon as you get it so your Eeveelutions can gain exclusive moves based on each Eeveelution.
Eevee is obtained in the Celadon Mansion by entering through the back by traveling to along the pathway above the Pokémon Center.

For our 10th challenge we *finally* get to determine whether a Pokemon that only learns Normal damaging moves can defeat Kanto on its own. Many say it’s not possible, but then again this video exists so….
